TEAM FITZGERALD PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Product Returns and Exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase date.
To return/exchange an item by mail:
- On a copy of your original receipt, please indicate (highlight, circle, etc.) the item(s) you wish to return for an equal exchange and make sure that your ORIGINAL receipt is INCLUDED with the Item(s).
- We do not accept anything other than New, Unused, Unopened item(s), so please include them, any/all accessories, the ORIGINAL copy of your receipt, your reasons for wishing to return/exchange the item(s), and your requested replacement item(s), if any, securely in the Original product packaging.
- Send the item(s) and materials requested above to:

NOTE: Be sure to insure the package for its full value and request tracking proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail or damaged upon return.
Upon receiving, reviewing, verifying, and processing the returned item(s), we will ship the equal exchanged item(s). Original shipping charges, your costs to return item(s), and charges to ship exchanged item(s), if applicable, will not be refunded. Please allow 10–14 business days from the date we receive your return(s), to receive your exchanged item(s).
