Need to Make a Return?

Please contact us at: support@thefitzgeraldshop.com and include your order number along with a brief description of the item you’d like to return - and the reason for the return. We’ll personally review your request and respond with return instructions, if applicable.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery to you, for a full refund of the product purchase price.

If the return is the result of an error on our end - such as receiving the wrong item - we’ll take care of the applicable return shipping costs. If we made the mistake, we’ll make it right.

When Will You Receive Your Refund?

Once your physical item(s) return is received by our warehouses, please allow approximately 3-4 business days for our family/team to inspect, process, and issue your refund, where applicable. The time it takes for your bank or card provider to post the refund back to your account is typically the banking standard of 5-10 business days, but may vary depending on your specific card/bank.
